It is not very often, ok hardly ever, that we get a good snow day in Texas. But it happened yesterday! It rained all night and most of the morning. About noon it turned into tiny snow flurries but by 12:30 they were super giant ginormous FLAKES!! I really didn't think it would stick, since the ground was soaked, but to our surprise it did. Now, don't get me wrong, it was not a blizzard by any means. But one inch is still plenty of snow to play in, so play we did!! What a great way to spend a day off!
