Diet Friendly Cupcakes :)
They are so simple to make and even easier to eat!
You only need two ingredients, box cake mix and 12 oz of Diet Sprite or 7 Up!
First mix together cake mix and diet soda until lumps are gone.
Put your batter into muffin tins with cupcake liners and pop into preheated oven.
350 degrees for 20 minutes.
It is that simple!
The pinner that I got the recipe from used box vanilla pudding for the topping, but I used fat free whipped cream. It was so delicious with out adding any fat and very few calories!
My girls loved helping me make the batter, and I did not have to worry about them licking the beaters since no eggs were used.
The cupcakes are so delicious you will have a hard time eating only one, but you don't have to feel as bad if you do eat two ;)

I have heard of amazing scones being made with whipping cream and lemonade, but I've never heard of cupcakes made with DIET lemonade!
Amazing.
